Received the incorrect item nearly three weeks back. I’ve emailed them three times and finally got a response after six days. They claimed they shipped my original order that day (Wednesday). I checked the tracking on Thursday, and the courier still hasn’t picked it up. As of today (Tuesday), it still shows that FEG hasn’t sent the package. This service is awful, and I won’t be coming back again. 😡

I really hate to admit it, but I've been super let down by Fresh Ego. I've sent back some items and still haven't seen a refund, plus I've gotten no replies to several emails asking about it, not even a simple acknowledgment. As a young black guy, I was hoping to support this brand more, but now I'm stuck with nothing, no cash back, and a bad taste in my mouth, losing out on my hard-earned money!

I got a New Era all black SnapBack, but it arrived in terrible shape with scuff marks all over it. I reached out to them hoping for a discount or a replacement, but they didn’t meet my request. I even sent them photos as proof, but they never responded. I also left a review on their site, which they haven’t removed yet. It was a genuine review, and I still have evidence showing the hat was not in good shape—there’s a dent in the mesh at the back, marks on the front, and the threading is coming undone. Plus, it was shipped in a cardboard box without any wrap or protection during transit. When you buy a New Era cap from their site, it usually comes wrapped up and has a piece inside to keep its shape. This was really disappointing on their part, and they even took down my review from the website. Guess the truth hurts! I still have photos to back up my claims.

I got a cap from the site. When it arrived, the color was different from what I expected based on the website. You really ought to show your products with a more accurate representation of their actual color.

All the items I've gotten have been top-notch and comfy too. They arrive in great shape and without any issues. Royal Mail can be a bit slow with deliveries, but I'm always cool with waiting an extra day or two. Plus, there's a ton of awesome stuff on the site! 👍🏻
